Safeguard Shredding has signed a lease to move and expand their document shredding and paper recycling facilty effective January 1, 2009. Their new 17,200 square foot facility in Springfield, VA will allow them to bale and recycle their shredded paper material.

The very popular Cross-Fit training center now has a new 3,725 sf home on North Royal Street in Alexandria thanks in some part to the brokerage assistance of Tartan Properties Commercial. The rapidly growing Navy-SEAL-style workout program has recently been adopted by many of Alexandria’s first responders.
