Tartan is happy to announce that it has now fully leased 400 N. Washington Street, which is owned by the Professional Insurance Agents Association. The newest tenant Biologics Consulting Group will move in July 1st and occupy 4,000 sf on the ground level, which will serve as the corporate offices for their pharmaceutical consulting operations.

Everyone’s favorite cool summer party drink is coming to the S. Arlington/Alexandria area July 1st. The Margarita Man drink rental machine company is relocating to 2,300 sf of warehouse space at 2704 S. Nelson Street, Arlington. The building is owned by TARTAN’s longest standing client of over 30 years.
