May 2018 – On behalf of the seller Tartan Properties Commercial brokered the sale of 1423 Powhatan Street. The office building will be renovated and redesigned to be the sales office and design studio of @home real estate. Karen Hall, principal broker, of @home announced to her team on May 22nd of the plan to relocate. Hall released on social media that “being in real estate, you appreciate the value of owning vs. renting and that the needs of her growing team required better space and more parking so they made the decision to purchase their an office building”.
