TARTAN Sells Alexandria, VA Office Building

September 2014 –  TARTAN sells another Alexandria, VA office building.  Principal, Mike Porterfield, is pleased to announce the successful sale of 1319 Powhatan Street in Alexandria, Virginia on behalf of their client Art Services International, Inc.  The 7,566 sq. ft. HQ office building sold for $1,930,000 to Sagewater, a commercial pipe replacement company.  TARTAN would like to thank Steve Cloud and Caulley Deringer of Transwestern who represented the buyer in this transaction.  TARTAN sells buildings through Northern Virginia.
