Christopher Campagna joined Tartan Properties in 2003 after nine years with Barnes, Morris, Pardoe & Foster, later Insignia/ESG (now CB Richard Ellis). As a member of the Tenant Services group, he specialized in the representation of associations and corporate government relations firms. Prior to becoming a broker, Mr. Campagna worked in the real estate industry for over ten years in finance, construction and development, and as an appraiser of both commercial and residential real estate. With considerable expertise in real estate appraisal, Mr. Campagna provides a special perspective in the analysis of building values and current market conditions as it relates to the client’s needs.
In 2000, Mr. Campagna was recognized by Insignia/ESG as the “Associate of the Year” and continues to be a leader of his peers within the industry. He has been involved in over 200 sales and leasing transactions. Mr. Campagna is actively involved in his community through the Alexandria Chamber of Commerce, the Business Leadership Council of the Campagna Center and is a graduate of the inaugural class of Leadership Alexandria. Currently he serves as chairman of the Board of Directors of the Alexandria Third Century Scholarship Fund.
A native Alexandrian, Mr. Campagna lives in the city with his wife and two daughters. He attended St. Mary’s College of Maryland as a political science major and studied urban land management at Virginia Commonwealth University.
