Alfred Street Baptist Church Picks TARTAN
October 2016 – Tartan Properties Commercial is proud to announce it was selected by the Alfred Street Baptist Church of Alexandria to represent them in their recent $4,000,000 acquisition of a 16,000 sf office building. The new facility, located at 331 S. Patrick Street—across the street from the historic church—will house the expanding youth ministry and provide additional support and meeting space for the church’s various missions and initiatives. The Alfred Street Baptist Church traces its history back to 1806 when the Alexandria Baptist Society formed, creating the first black Baptist church north of Richmond, Virginia.
