Principal, Mike Porterfield, is pleased to announce the successful sale of 1319 Powhatan Street in Alexandria, Virginia on behalf of their client Art Services International, Inc. The 7,566 sq. ft. HQ office building sold for $1,930,000 to Sagewater, a commercial pipe replacement company.
