Tartan Properties Event Draws Top CRE Brokers and a Special Guest
December 15, 2015—Tartan Properties Commercial hosted an event today for the top CRE brokers in Northern Virginia and Washington marketplace to showcase six retail and office properties in the heart of Old Town Alexandria, all part of the Monarch Row portfolio. The 50 brokers in attendance were treated to unseasonably warm weather and a festive holiday themed lunch that included a visit from Santa Claus who directed attendees on their walking tour of the featured properties of lower King Street and South Union Street.
The four Alexandria retail spaces, ranging in size from 750sf to 4,050sf, are on King and South Union streets, all within a block of each other. One office space is a spacious loft (2,000sf) in the historic Fitzgerald Warehouse on Union Street; the other is a full-floor space in the the Strand Building (11,075sf) one block further south overlooking Waterfront Park and the Potomac River.
